All such rights are reserved by Kaisercraft and its licensors. You may store, print, and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute, or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website, nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. 

Terms of Purchase 

By placing an order for any goods on our website, you agree to purchase the goods subject to the following terms and conditions. Dispatch may vary according to availability, and any guarantees or representations made regarding delivery times are subject to change, for which we will not be responsible. When placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are true and accurate and that you are an authorized user of the payment method used. All prices advertised are subject to change. 

Please be aware that some goods sold through our website may not be suitable for children under 18 years of age. Our website accepts payments using Amex,Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, GPay, PayPal. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and your card has been debited. 

While we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you choose to cancel your order, a full refund will be provided. 

If you believe there is a fault with the goods you have received, please contact our Guest Experience Team as soon as possible, including your order number, a description of the problem, and if possible, photographs of the defect. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault, or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards. 

You can return any goods within 30 days of receipt for a refund if the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with the original receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund the monetary value of the returned goods at the price you purchased them and using the method you used for payment. When returning an item purchased with a voucher or promo code, your refund or exchange value will be equal to the final discounted price you paid for the item and will be honoured only in compliance with our regular refund and exchange policy. 

All goods will be inspected upon return. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error. 

Disclaimer of Liability 

The material displayed on this website is provided without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaisercraft and its suppliers, content providers, and advertisers expressly exclude all conditions, warranties, and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or the law of equity. Kaisercraft shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data, or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance, or failures of this website and any materials posted thereon, whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law, or otherwise. 

This disclaimer does not affect Kaisercraft's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation, misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists. 

You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you. This website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this website other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

Kaisercraft shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove, or vary the Services and/or any page of this website. 

Complaints 

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. Please let us know if you have any complaints or comments. 

Waiver 

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victoria, Australia. 

Entire Agreement 

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Kaisercraft and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Kaisercraft.

Mobile TOS

All orders will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. However, due to large volumes of orders after Sale Days and during December, there may be a delay. Our Warehouse is closed on Weekends and public holidays. Please note there may be delays due to public holidays, school holidays or the weather. 

Once orders are picked up from our Geelong warehouse via regular post unless express post is selected, we estimate the time it takes for a delivery to be completed as follows:

Within Victoria 2 – 4 business days.
All other states – 3 – 7 business days.

Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery.

All Kaisercraft orders require a signature/confirmation upon delivery.
Express postage is calculated based on location and weight.

Kaisercraft – Refunds and Returns Policy 

At Kaisercraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the even that something has gone wrong, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please read our policies below prior to contacting us. 

If something is unclear, please contact our Customer Service team. 

Refunds 

To obtain the refund in store, the customer must 

• Return the product to the store. 

and 

• Provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Although Kaisercraft has no legal obligation to refund an item for change of mind, Kaisercraft will refund an item if the item is: 

• "Returned to store within 14 days from time of purchase 

and 

• Returned in its original packaging which must be in original condition. Products must be unused with the original tags still attached. 

and 

• Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

All refunds must be made in the same form as the original payment. If the original payment was made by credit/bank card, then the refund must be made back to the same card. Gift Cards used as payment will only be refunded as a Kaisercraft Credit Note.  

Refunds for online purchases will not be made in store. (see Online Purchase section)  

Purchases of Gift Cards will not be refunded.  

Refunds will not be given on the presentation of a gift receipt even within the 14-day period. 

For hygiene purposes, the policy excludes pierced Jewellery and any other product Kaisercraft deems to be unhygienic unless the item is either faulty or as a ‘Major Problem’ as defined above.  

 Exchanges 

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide an exchange if you change your mind. 

Kaisercraft will provide a store credit or exchange if the following conditions are met: 

• The product is returned to the store within 60 days (about 2 months) from the purchase date. 

and 

• The product is returned in its original packaging which must be in its original condition. Products must be unused with the original tags still attached. 

and 

• The product is returned with a receipt or proof of purchase. 

and 

• The exchange or store credit does not occur on a major sales day. 

No refund or exchange on yellow ticket clearance item unless the item is either faulty or as a ‘Major Problem’ as defined above. 

For hygiene purposes, the policy excludes pierced Jewellery and any other product Kaisercraft deems to be unhygienic unless the item is either faulty or as a ‘Major Problem’ as defined above.   

Online purchases 

The above refund or exchange conditions must be met. Refunds for online purchases will not be made in store. Online exchanges will incur a $10 postage & handling fee. 

No return, refund, or exchange for Catch orders can be in store or on www.kaisercraft.com.au. Catch customers must contact Kaisercraft via Catch Messaging system for further details. 

For online refunds or exchanges contact Head Office by emailing sales@kaisercraft.com.au or use Easy returns process below with Australia Post as per below:  

1.Visit our Australia Post Returns Portal here enter the email address used to place your order and complete the fields to submit your return. Once submitted, you will be emailed your unique barcode.  
2. Print your label at home and lodge your return in a Street Posting box OR take your return and barcode to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location (those marked with a printer symbol on the map) and they will print it for you. Choose to drop your return at any Post Office, Street Posting Box, or selected retailers including supermarkets and pharmacies.  
3. You will be emailed tracking details so you can check on the progress of your return to our warehouse. 

Alternatively, you can return your items in store for store credit only or exchange for an alternate product.  

Refunds (if applicable)  Refunds for online purchases cannot be processed in store. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.  Late or missing refunds (if applicable)  If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact us at sales@kaisercraft.com.au.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
